We’re Looking for a Senior Consultant:

As a Senior Associate Consultant, you will:
- Translate behavioral economics research into behavior change solutions to make a direct impact on some of the biggest challenges facing the healthcare industry;
- Deliver actionable solutions to clients as a core member of the consulting team;
- Contribute to firm-building by advancing our thought leadership;
- Get to sleep in your own bed as our teams have limited travel.

Responsibilities
- Make a direct impact on some of the biggest challenges facing the healthcare industry;
- Lead discussions with senior clients;
- Be a core member of the thought leadership team;
- Take ownership of project deliverables, develop work product, and act as a subject matter expert while leading other VAL Health team members to exceed client expectations;
- Get to sleep in your own bed as our teams have limited travel
Requirements
- MBA, MPH or advanced degree preferred
- 4-8 years consulting, behavioral economics or healthcare experience with a track record of taking ownership, managing multiple projects and driving results
- Ability to take both an analytical and creative approach to solving problems, developing hypothesis and thoughtfully presenting recommendations
- Experience managing others
- Excellence in verbal and written communications
- A passion for health and healthcare
