We’re Looking for a Senior Consultant:

As a Senior Associate Consultant, you will:

  • Translate behavioral economics research into behavior change solutions to make a direct impact on some of the biggest challenges facing the healthcare industry;
  • Deliver actionable solutions to clients as a core member of the consulting team;
  • Contribute to firm-building by advancing our thought leadership;
  • Get to sleep in your own bed as our teams have limited travel.

Responsibilities

  • Make a direct impact on some of the biggest challenges facing the healthcare industry;
  • Lead discussions with senior clients;
  • Be a core member of the thought leadership team;
  • Take ownership of project deliverables, develop work product, and act as a subject matter expert while leading other VAL Health team members to exceed client expectations;
  • Get to sleep in your own bed as our teams have limited travel

Requirements

  • MBA, MPH or advanced degree preferred
  • 4-8 years consulting, behavioral economics or healthcare experience with a track record of taking ownership, managing multiple projects and driving results
  • Ability to take both an analytical and creative approach to solving problems, developing hypothesis and thoughtfully presenting recommendations
  • Experience managing others
  • Excellence in verbal and written communications
  • A passion for health and healthcare
