Job Title - IND Consulting Manager/Behavioral Scientist - Leadership Development

Reports To - Partner

Business - Human Capital Consulting

Work Location - Preferably Bangalore but open to Gurgaon

Work Mode - In Office

Desired Education and Experience:

  • PhD or Master’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing leadership development programs.
  • Extensive experience in project management, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and Incubate Leadership Development Practice: Develop a unique and differentiated leadership development practice based on the latest research in behavioral science and organizational psychology.
  • Use Assessment Data to Curate Leadership Journeys: Analyze data from existing leadership assessments to design personalized leadership journeys for clients. These journeys should focus on delivering tangible outcomes that align with the client’s strategic goals.
  • Deliver High Impact Leadership Development Projects: Lead the execution of leadership development projects that have a significant impact on the client’s organization. This includes designing and facilitating leadership development programs, coaching leaders, and evaluating the effectiveness of these initiatives.
  • Sales and Revenue Responsibility: Drive sales efforts and revenue generation for the leadership development practice. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring the profitability of the practice.
  • Project Management Responsibility: Oversee all aspects of project management for leadership development initiatives. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with Clients and Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, their HR teams, senior leadership, and other key stakeholders to align the leadership development practice with the client’s strategic goals.
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Continually monitor the latest trends and developments in behavioral science and leadership development to ensure our practices are current and effective.

Requirements

Desired Skills:

  • Deep understanding of behavioral science research and its application to leadership development.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and use it to inform decision-making.
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a focus on coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and influence others.

Tools and Technologies:

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) for analyzing assessment data.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) for delivering leadership development programs.
