Employer and candidate information is processed through a secure SSL server and stored in our database.
If you apply for a job on our website, the details you provide are sent to the registered employer via an automated email and stored in our database. If you are a candidate and chose the option to make your details visible, your information will also be accessible to verified employers.
We will treat your information with respect and won’t share it with any other parties.
We may use your information to notify you about changes to our service.
How long we retain your data
For users (candidates and employers) that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Information is retained indefinitely. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on our site or applied for a job, you can request to receive a file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
