Open Evidence is a research and consulting firm working on social and behavioural sciences. Behavioural studies are one of Open Evidence’s main areas of research.
Since 2012, we delivered more that 20 behavioural studies for the European Commission and its agencies, including the following focused on financial services: “Consumer testing of digital disclosures in pension tracking systems across the EU”; “Behavioural Research on Insurance Distribution and Advertising via digital channels”; “Behavioural Research in relation to consumers’ experiences and outcomes in relation to buying and using of natural catastrophe insurance protection products”; “Behavioural Research in relation to travel insurance products: implications of COVID-19 on consumer outcomes considering consumer behaviours in acquisition, usage and disposition decisions”.
