Responsibilities

  • Translate behavioral economics research into behavior change solutions to make a direct impact on some of the biggest challenges facing the healthcare industry;
  • Deliver actionable solutions to clients as a core member of the consulting team;
  • Contribute to firm-building by advancing our thought leadership;
  • Get to sleep in your own bed as our teams have limited travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years consulting experience with a track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Lived experience contributing to a different perspective
  • Strong problem solver including ability to develop hypotheses and develop recommendations
  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communications with commitment to high-quality output
  • Proven team player and self-starter
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
